Are you seeking a supportive, grounded connection, one that feels natural and restorative rather than clinical or overwhelming? Most of my clients arrive carrying anxiety, burnout, or a quiet sense of disconnection from themselves. Many are remote and hybrid workers, business owners, shift workers, students, retirees, and parents with their school hours free, people who’d rather not save their hardest conversation for the end of an already draining day. Together we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and build tools you can actually use. You’re welcome here, exactly as you are. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, and child behavioral concerns, and I also work with trauma and PTSD, depression, OCD, autism, family conflict, and parenting. As a trauma-informed yoga teacher, I bring mindfulness and body awareness into our sessions therapy that steadies your nervous system, not just your thoughts.
If any of this sounds like you, I’d be glad to talk about whether we’re a good fit, no pressure, just an honest conversation. I hold late-morning, midday, and afternoon openings, so therapy can fit inside your day instead of stacking onto an already full evening. Reaching out is the hardest part; I’ll make the rest easier.
