You feel trapped in cycles of unwanted thoughts, fears, or painful memories. It seems like the only way to cope is to escape the pain, distract yourself, or quiet your mind at any cost? Over time, these patterns can slowly shrink your world, leaving you disconnected from yourself, your relationships, and the life you once imagined. You may struggle with trauma, OCD, anxiety, depression, or other challenges, and it feels isolating, exhausting, and overwhelming. I can help you face your fears, process and release shame or guilt, and regain a sense of control and clarity.
I use an integrative, evidence-based approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, incorporating Person-Centered principles and EMDR as needed. This approach lets me tailor treatment, strengthen coping skills, provide practical tools, and offer thoughtful challenges for lasting growth.
My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported—not alone in your journey. I strive to offer hope, awareness, and insight to help you reach your goals. I look forward to connecting with you and working together to create meaningful, lasting growth
