Maybe your child melts down before school and you're running out of ways to help. Maybe you've spent years masking and pushing through — and you're quietly exhausted. Or you're a parent watching your child struggle with who they are, and you just want them to feel safe. You've come to the right place. I work with all ages navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, and identity — including LGBTQ+ individuals and the families who love them. My space is built for those who feel like they don't quite fit: the sensitive, the misunderstood, the exhausted, the brave. You are welcome here exactly as you are.
As an RPT-Supervisor and trainer, I know healing doesn't look the same for everyone — I've spent years practicing these methods and teaching them to other therapists. For children, play and sandplay offer a safe, wordless path forward. For teens and adults, we use whatever fits you best. Always at your pace, always centered on you.
You don't have to keep pushing through alone. Whether you're a struggling parent, a child who feels different, or an adult who's been holding it together for too long — there is space for you here. You are welcome exactly as you are.
