If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you're not alone. Many individuals silently carry the weight of past trauma, relational challenges, or emotional struggles, often feeling unseen and unheard. In my practice, I offer a compassionate and supportive space where your experiences are validated, and healing becomes possible. Together, we'll navigate your journey toward resilience, self-discovery, and emotional well-being, fostering meaningful connections and a renewed sense of purpose. You deserve to feel safe, empowered, and truly supported as you reclaim your life.

I work with children, teens, adults, and couples, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, communication barriers in relationships, and family struggles. In our work together, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). These tools give us flexible and practical ways to help you find relief, build stronger connections, and move toward lasting change.

More than anything, I want you to feel comfortable and supported as we navigate life’s challenges together. Therapy isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress, growth, and discovering new ways forward.
