I am deeply passionate about helping individuals and families heal from the lasting effects of trauma, relational challenges, and emotional struggles. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where vulnerability is not only welcomed but respected. Trauma recovery, anxiety relief, and emotional well-being thrive when we feel seen, heard, and understood. I am honored to walk alongside my clients to support healing, self-discovery, and resilience. I’ve had the privilege of serving children, families, and adults in the Tulsa area for many years. My approach is grounded in multiple evidence-based treatments, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Attachment-Based Family Therapy.
