I work with a range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, racial identity issues, depression, and other mental health stressors.

I work to create a space for individuals, couples, and families to feel safe to expose their personal wounds and internal challenges. I strive to create a culture of honesty, integrity, and compassion. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family and Marital Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

I offer afternoon and evening hours both in person and virtually.
